St Vincent's Psychiatric Triage Service is the initial point of contact for access to the highly specialised mental health services in Melbourne's Inner East.

The triage service is available 24-hours, 7-days a week, for anyone that has serious concerns about changes in their mood, ideas, or behaviour of either someone they care about or themselves.

The assessment team will direct individuals to the most appropriate mental health services depending on their needs such as adult, youth, or aged mental health services.

The service is for anyone that lives within Melbourne's Inner East health district which includes the areas of Yarra and Boroondara.
